Fire Creek Services Company has an immediate opening for a full-time Program Manager to serve as the primary lead for a facilities maintenance program at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The Program Manager owns program delivery, the integrated schedule, funding forecasts and quality management of this program. This position directs field operations, logistics, quality and safety, and digital platform functions as one integrated operating model in support of a DoD client.

Work Environment
Work is performed in both office and facilities maintenance environments, with routine travel throughout the installation to engage with Government stakeholders and oversee field operations. The position requires flexibility to respond to operational priorities and issues that may arise across the program. This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.
Physical Demands
The physical demands require a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and moving throughout office and facilities maintenance environments. The employee must be physically able to access program work locations and conduct routine site visits throughout the installation.are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.
Travel
Extensive t Travel up to 20% (domestic locations, including overnight travel).ravel is expected for this position.
Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Knowledge of performance-based contracts and key metrics associated with facilities operations, maintenance, logistics, and asset management.
