Entry Level (See Mid to Upper Level below)
What you will be doing:
- Solve real world problems relevant to the Intel Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) using a combination of FOSS/GOTS/COTS software and hardware.
- Contribute to all aspects of project software development lifecycle from research, prototyping solutions to assess feasibility, integration with external software systems, development, and product deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Prototype, develop, secure, test, and help deploy and maintain software within a cloud-based environment
- Integrate advanced algorithms into cloud-based environment
- Support Agile project planning, reporting, and execution
- Research relevant software technologies, frameworks, best-practices, software design pattern, and tools.
- Provide design ideas for adapting or enhance existing program capabilities or development of new program capabilities.
Skills:
- Understanding of building and deploying multiple languages, including Python, use of Boto3 libraries
- Experience in the following:
- Docker, K8’s Helm
- AWS specifically EC2, SQS, S3, VPC, and Security Groups
- Previous Integration work to include documentation thereof
- Familiarity with highside C2S environments and highside software resources (ADV, S2P)
- Experience developing software in a Unix/Linux environment
- Experience with Git and Gitlab
- Experience with the Agile software development lifecycle
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Basic System Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent technical discipline
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance w/ SSBI

Mid-Upper Level - This position can be in Denver or Colorado Springs
What you will be doing:
- Solve real world problems relevant to the Intel Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) using a combination of FOSS/GOTS/COTS software and hardware.
- Contribute to all aspects of project software development lifecycle from research, prototyping solutions to assess feasibility, integration with external software systems, development, and product deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Prototype, develop, secure, test, and help deploy and maintain software within a cloud-based environment
- Support deployments in real world exercises
- Support Agile project planning, reporting, and execution
- Research relevant software technologies, frameworks, best-practices, software design pattern, and tools.
- Provide design ideas for adapting or enhance existing program capabilities or development of new program capabilities.
Skills:
- Understanding of building and deploying multiple languages, including Java
- High degree of experience with Jenkins and Gitlab CI
- Repositories Nexus, Artifactory
- Static Code Analysis like SonarQube or HP fortify
- Docker, K8s
- Experience with vulnerability scanning (Trivy, Clair, Anchore) and AWS
- Familiarity with highside C2S environments and highside development/deployments
- Knowledge in scripting languages such as, Bash, Python, Groovy
- Experience developing software in a Unix/Linux environment
- Experience with Git and Gitlab
- Experience with microservice architectures within a Docker containerized environment
- Experience with the Agile software development lifecycle
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum three (3) years of professional DevSecOps experience
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of basic System Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent technical discipline
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI
