DeNOVO Solutions, LLC has an opening to support an agile solution program in a management and solutions capacity. This is a pending award program with the anticipated award date of February 2023; however, we are identifying and selecting our agile solution team now.

In this position, you will schedule, track, and synchronize software testing for Release Train Managers. You will also coordinate with release trains from other IPA projects and other programs to ensure stakeholders are aware of testing efforts and that capability satisfies dependencies and cross-program functionality where required. In this role you will

Work with required testing organization (i.e. NGA Test Organization (NTO)) Processes (i.e. SWAP) and application (i.e. Selenium, etc.).
Ensure that Factory Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing, NTO Test Readiness Review (TRR) are scheduled and monitors execution.
Monitor all testing and all demonstrations of all software package deliveries in their Release Trains.
Establish and conduct all demonstration gates, working with Mission and Product owners, vendors and engineers to coordinate meetings and document conversations, changes and decisions for each proposed set of solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience, or Masters plus 3 years of experience in Government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field
Experience in monitoring and reporting on testing and deployment of complex systems into operations.
Experience with monitoring, reporting progress and capturing lessons learned for testing and transition activities such as Transition Activity Plans (TAPs)
Ability to work in a team environment within various functional areas such as software development, IT system administration, and test and network engineering
Experience supporting the entire life cycle and facilitating software product releases
Ability to think independently and contribute to the overall effort without much direction to develop creative solutions
Comfortable working across business and IT domains, and possess the ability to shift between technical analysis and business value discussions
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Desired Skills/Experience:

Previous software testing experience on software development project(s)
Experience working with testing organizations (i.e. NGA Test Organization (NTO)) Processes (i.e. SWAP) and application (i.e. Selenium, etc.)
Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness Testing, and NTO Test Readiness Review
Experience working with Release Trains
Experience in NSG Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) mission and the systems that enable that mission
Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and processes. SAFe certification(s) desired
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience or knowledge of Tableau
