Experience and Qualifications: To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience: - 10 years of experience and a Bachelors degree
- 8 years of experience and a Masters Degree or
- Additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
Required Qualifications: - Current & active TS/SCI w/poly clearance
- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, guiding them towards achieving program goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders, team members, and executives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure program success.
- Ability to manage program budgets, control costs, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise during program execution.
- Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
Desired Qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Agile and/or Scrum Training and Certification
- Experience with code development, deployment, versioning or leading a development team
- Working in cloud architecture with AWS EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Elastic Search
Telework Availability: Limited telework available, must be able to regularly work in a SCIF
