In this role the selected candidate will be responsible for the earned value management execution of a DFARS Program within Advanced Development Programs (ADP).
This lead analyst role supports a multitude of program finance functions; including, but not limited to:
- The ability to function both independently and within a team to establish and manage the programs Performance Measurement Baseline to include proper implementation of baseline changes.
- Support Internal Baseline Reviews
- Conduct internal reviews, analysis and informal audits of program costs, reports and records.
- Reconciliation of actual costs, working through a monthly business rhythm, and delegate tasking to junior analyst as appropriate
- Generating various internal cost type and labor reports
- Facilitate meetings with Program team and Control account managers (CAMs) regularly to manage the program's Estimate to Complete (ETC) and use of estimated actuals (EAs).
- Performing Earned Value analysis, advising on proper use of Earned Value techniques, and supporting the compilation of variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets.
- Generate contract deliverables such as the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDARs).
- Supporting a multitude of internal reporting requirement such as CSRs, Sales, LRP, CEAC, and ad hoc request
- Prepare and present Financial and contract data to various levels of leadership.
- Training and Mentoring junior analyst to foster development within the team.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college, OR equivalent experience/combined education.
Experienced in Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and their application.
Experienced in Deltek Cobra
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel.
Financial analysis experience
Ability to build good working relationships cross functionally and willingness to support with a "one team" mindset
Ability to Work On-Site at least 50% Time and as needed
Desired Skills:
Data analysis through use of self-developed queries.
Experience with cost systems such as SAP
Experience in scheduling, utilizing schedule software such as Open Plan Plus or MS Project
High degree of interpersonal skills in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.
Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in concise readable formats.
Experience with formal CSDR/IPMR/IPMDAR Reporting.
Ability to lead and mentor other analysts.
Experience in playing a key role within a diverse team made up of many different disciplines.
Fondness for Aerospace and Defense, appreciation for the impact of the work we do in ADP and why we do it
DoD Secret clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
