Description
The Systems / Business Analyst supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints. Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication. Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation. Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
Required skills:
- 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work across distributed teams.
- Experience working within Agile software development environment.
- Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation.
- Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members.
Desired skills:
- Previous consulting experience
- Lean six sigma certification
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
