ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer, Journeyman to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide systems engineering support to various initiatives such as transformation; research, development, and implementation; and training & education.
• Responsible for identifying, formulating, designing, and testing solutions to engineering problems.
• Responsible for guiding the development of new and complex systems, employing system engineering methodologies and tools throughout the development phase.
• Provide expertise to research, analyze, and develop tools and methods to integrate with modeling environments.
• Collaborate in the conduct of technical reviews in an Authoritative-Source-of-Truth environment.
• May develop, review, and deliver training plans related to systems engineering.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Technical or Scientific area is required
• 3+ years of experience working in areas associated with engineering, systems engineering. Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required
• This position may require travel within the United States (less than 10%)

Physical Requirements:

• Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS, ZOOM).

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,500.00-$122,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
