💡 About the Role:

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop cutting-edge machine learning solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, you'll solve real-world challenges by integrating FOSS/GOTS/COTS software and hardware into mission-critical systems. From research and prototyping to development and deployment, you'll play a crucial role in advancing AI/ML capabilities for national security.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ AI/ML Model Development: Architect, prototype, develop, test, and deploy modern ML models.
✔️ Performance Optimization: Fine-tune model performance through continuous data acquisition and retraining.
✔️ Data Engineering: Support data selection, pre-processing, curation, and ETL for AI/ML solutions.
✔️ System Integration: Ensure seamless integration with external software systems for real-time applications.

🎯 What You’ll Bring:

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 Python Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python within a Unix/Linux environment.
🔹 ML Frameworks: Strong experience with PyTorch for deep learning model development.
🔹 Custom Model Training: Hands-on experience training custom datasets using state-of-the-art models.
🔹 GPU Performance: Understanding of modern AI/ML algorithms and their real-world performance on GPUs.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills for developing innovative AI solutions.
🔹 Security Clearance: Must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

🔹 ML/DL Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch Lightning, TensorFlow, Keras, FastAI, Scikit-Learn, etc.
🔹 Deep Learning Domains: NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series Analysis, Perception, etc.
🔹 Advanced ML Techniques: Experience with Self-Supervised Learning, Transfer Learning, Transformers, and Generative Models.
🔹 Security Clearance: Active TS with SSBI highly preferred.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

💵 Salary Range: $165,000 - $220,000
💰 Total Compensation (w/ SEP IRA Contribution): Up to $275,000
