A defense technology contractor is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to support the validation, integration, and deployment of mission-critical Command-and-Control systems. The successful candidate will design comprehensive test plans, identify and resolve system-level issues, and collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliability and performance in secure environments.
Design and execute detailed test plans and procedures for complex software and system integrations.
Support end-to-end system integration and assist with defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across legacy and modernized systems.
Ensure testing aligns with engineering and security best practices and Government acceptance standards.
Maintain detailed documentation, test artifacts, and reports.
Collaborate with system engineers, developers, and project leads to ensure smooth deployment and mission success.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system testing, integration, or systems engineering.
Solid understanding of test methodologies, automation frameworks, and configuration management tools.
Experience with Linux environments and familiarity with Bash or Python scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Cucumber, or other automation suites.
Background with Command-and-Control (C2) or mission operations systems.
Knowledge of Agile development and DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments and automated deployment verification.
Salary range: $120K–$180K, depending on experience.
