Job Description Base 2 Solutions is seeking a System Engineer to support mission customer outreach and collaboration efforts focused on Video, Image, Speech, and Text Analytic capabilities. The engineer will work directly with mission customers to gather requirements, support deployment and sustainment of analytic tools, and ensure smooth integration and operational success. Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system specifications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer engagement, and systems engineering fundamentals to maintain and enhance mission capabilities within dynamic operational environments. Required Skills Experience with deployment, operations, and maintenance of mission systems or analytic capabilities. Strong communication and customer outreach abilities with mission users. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies supporting video, image, speech, and text analytics. Proficiency with collaboration platforms including Jira, Confluence, Hustle, and Skype. Understanding of systems engineering and software development lifecycles. Qualifications Seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) additional years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
