We build security platforms that help analysts make sense of complex network activity in real time. Our flagship product, Teleseer, combines visualization, analytics, and interactive workflows for investigations where speed and clarity matter.

The Role

This is a senior frontend position embedded close to real users and real missions. You'll work directly with analysts and operators, building systems that need to stay fast, clear, and reliable under real operational load. We care more about performance, correctness, and usability under load than surface polish. This role is closer to mission support engineering than typical product UI work. We expect you to use AI tools to move fast, and to own the judgment and quality behind what you ship.

What You'll Do

  • Build and evolve frontend systems for real-time analysis
  • Work with analysts to understand what's slowing them down, then fix it
  • Optimize rendering and interaction as data volume grows
  • Implement visualizations using SVG, Canvas, and WebGL
  • Collaborate with backend and analytics engineers to ensure the UI reflects what's happening in the system
  • Use AI tooling to move faster, while keeping architectural decisions in your own hands
  • Own features end-to-end: tradeoffs, implementation, testing, and review
  • Travel regularly for deployments and to get direct feedback from users

Who We're Looking For

  • Senior-level experience with React and TypeScript in production
  • You know how to tune frontend performance beyond the usual React patterns
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or similar real-time systems
  • You can ship under pressure without cutting corners that matter
  • You're comfortable when things aren't fully defined
  • You communicate clearly, written and spoken
  • Eligible and willing to obtain Top Secret clearance

  • You've built, and can share demos of, frontend systems where performance and correctness mattered
  • You have work you're proud of that shows how you think, not just what you shipped
  • You use AI tools to move faster, but you own the results
