requirements Create and track key product area performance metrics Support monthly program and IPT Reviews Spearhead Risk & Opportunity identification and mitigation / capture efforts Involvement with supplier management efforts associated with suppliers critical to program success. Accountable for supply chain cost, schedule, and quality Manage the coordination and execution of program schedules with Program Management, Operations, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other cross functional areas to support on time delivery. Develop and execute supply chain strategies and utilize CORE best practices. Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities. Interface with Customers to understand needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
Qualifications:You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent r equivalentexperience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant
experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years
experience
Experience with budget management, finance, and/or Earned Value Management System
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Supply Chin strategies, processes, and procedures. Program or Project management
experience. Exceptional judgment and decision making
skills Effective leadership and communication
skills with proven ability to interact at all levels of Management. Ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner including exercising judgement in complex or ambiguous scenarios. Earned Value Management Certification
Experience with budget management
