Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active Secret (ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in systems engineering, program integration, or multidisciplinary engineering roles
Understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, verification/validation, and configuration control
Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Jama, Cameo, JIRA, or Confluence
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and interface documents
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline
Technical Skills
Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other complex system development environments
Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methods and tools
Familiarity with risk management, trade studies, and technical decision-making frameworks
Experience supporting design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and program milestone activities
Understanding of configuration management and change control processes
Ability to lead integration efforts and influence cross-functional technical decisions
