Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-9/10) grade level or (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess business processes, system operations, management controls, and organizational effectiveness; supporting Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP across one or more functional areas, including financial management, acquisition and logistics, workforce management, user management, organizational management, structural authorizations, master data, system interfaces, or reporting; performing complex data analysis, data validation, reconciliations, system testing, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting system functionality, data integrity, operational effectiveness, or compliance; managing or resolving system incidents, trouble tickets, defects, transactional errors, or business process issues in coordination with functional specialists, technical personnel, contractors, customers, and external interface partners; evaluating business processes and recommending improvements to work methods, internal controls, system functionality, customer support, or the distribution and execution of work; supporting system changes, upgrades, patches, implementations, or other functional enhancements, including developing or validating requirements, documenting test results, and communicating operational impacts.
