Standard Job Description
You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for performing multiple financial activities across finance functions, establishing performance‑management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct financial and variance analysis, identify trends, and develop mitigation plans.
- Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
- Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
- Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc) plus solid PowerPoint and Word skills; overall MS Office proficiency
- Hands‑on experience with Cobra and SAP
- Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration and ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and hard deadlines
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with DoD programmatics and reporting requirements (e.g., FAR, CAS, EVM)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Desired Skills
- 5 + years of program finance (or similar) experience
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.)
- Proven experience developing customer financial CDRLs
- Deep familiarity with LM‑systems tools: Oracle, Cobra, SAP, ECE
- Strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) knowledge and application
- Ability to partner and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑financial stakeholders, presenting complex data in clear terms
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
