About the Role
You'll support the G4's contract portfolio management and logistics planning functions, providing programmatic and analytical support to G4 leadership.What You'll Do
- Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Prepare programmatic status reports, briefings, and decision papers for command leadership.
- Track program milestones, funding execution, and resource allocation.
- Support program reviews, working groups, and process-improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with resource management and contracting staff on program-related matters.
What You'll Need
- Prior experience in program analysis, program management support, or logistics planning within a military or DoD environment.
- Strong analytical, briefing, and report-writing skills.
- Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
- Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
- If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
- Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
- No travel required for this position.
