To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS/GG-09). Specialized experience is defined as experience 1) executing procurement actions for expendable, durable, nonexpendable, and service requirements using the Government Purchase Card, MILSTRIP requisitioning; 2) coordinating office relocations, overseeing facility maintenance and environmental compliance; AND 3) managing equipment authorizations against authorization documents, and operating automated property and maintenance. OR Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Human Resources or Business Administration. OR Specialized experience as described above, but less than one year; AND at least two years of graduate education as described above, but less than the required three years. To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
