Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will ensure project adherence to technical policies, configuration management practices, airworthiness and safety standards, and applications of specialty engineering so that product design integrity and performance is maintained and optimized across all aircraft systems. The successful candidate will collaborate across engineering teams to resolve and integrate technical/engineering requirements and verify their incorporation in the resulting product. They should have knowledge of the Systems Engineering process/discipline.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree - Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Technical Field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Desired Skills:
• Past Classwork or Experience in Systems Engineering and Project Management
• Student Membership in INCOSE
• Past Work Experience in a Technical/Engineering Team
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
