The Opportunity:
Booz Allen brings bold thinking to support missions that are critical to the Federal Government. Our customers need advisors who understand their work and provide strategic support to achieve mission success. That's why we need you, a Civil Policy Cohort member, who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them actionable, evidence-based guidance that leads to measurable impact.
Civil Policy Cohort analysts contribute to meaningful work that enables the Federal Government to provide services to the American people, supporting work with Civil Sector customers in missions ranging from life sciences and public health, climate, energy, transportation, technology policy, AI governance, and more. You will work closely with Booz Allen teams to support government customers in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating government programs, logically frame and analyze customer challenges, and apply evidence-based reasoning to recommend impactful solutions. You will leverage quantitative and qualitative skills in policy analysis, statutory and regulatory research, data analytics, process improvement, and project management to help tackle some of the Federal Government’s most complex problems.
As a Civil Policy Cohort analyst, you will support Federal programs and policy across Booz Allen's Civil Sector. The Civil Policy Cohort program is designed for recent graduates who want to help drive change within U.S. Civilian and Health agencies. The Cohort program supports new hires throughout their career trajectory by: Establishing a group of high-achieving recent graduates with similar skillsets and interests to foster lasting peer connections and support, providing in-person and virtual trainings, workshops, and events to accelerate early career development, and facilitating ongoing networking and mentorship opportunities by connecting new hires with past cohort members and company leadership.
