Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in any of the following: Subcontracts Management, Procurement, Program Management, Contracts Management Or related experience or a master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in any of the following: Subcontracts Management, Procurement, Program Management, Contracts Management Or related experience
4+ years in direct Subcontract Management work experience
3+ years of direct management/supervisory of a team of 4 or more individual contributors
Experience with FAR and DFARS
Experience with SAP or any other ERMP systems and MS Office experience US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or MBA
Experience managing Subcontract Programs and/or a Subcontracts Team of 5+ people in support of major defense programs
Solid understanding of the Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) procurement system, Supplier Scorecards and performance management, NG Principles and Operating Practices, and metric analysis
Negotiating skills with contract in excess of $100 million

Primary Level Salary Range: $133,200.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
