Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Experience conducting a digital media engagement program; planning, developing and communicating organizational programs and activities to multiple publics; 2. Leading the creation of digital media products, utilizing content placement tools such as social media dashboards, commercial distribution services. 3. Analyzing the community and it's supported audiences to appropriately publish information through social media sites.
