['Serves as a senior Cryptologic Cyberspace Operations Specialist responsible for leading, planning, coordinating and executing the analysis, collection operations of digital networks, and support in the planning of Cyber Warfare activities.', 'Utilizes expertise in a variety of computer network defense resources and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) resources to identify, analyze, and report events and to exploit captured media and/or investigates computer security incidents .', 'Responsible for planning and coordinating technical analysis in support of national and theater intelligence requirements and to provide leading edge Cyberspace Operations support to an evolving Army Cyberspace Operations mission.', 'Conducts initial and advanced analysis to establish target identification and operational patterns; identify, report, and maintain intelligence information in support of Intelligence Requirements.', 'Participates in the integration of Cyberspace Operations capabilities into operations/exercise design and integrating/synchronizing Cyber-related effects.', 'Coordinates with other senior Cyber Specialists and participates in meetings and working groups in support of collection management initiatives, planning operations and goals, and initiatives and assessments.', 'Evaluates incoming intelligence and determines pertinent data that should be directed to higher levels of management.']

Specialized experience is progressively responsible intelligence-related security work directly related to the position being filled. Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector or in another government agency as long as it was at a level at least equivalent to the next lower band in the series. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one (1) year of experience equivalent to at least the GG/GS-13 grade level, or equivalent, which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Directing Signals intelligence (SIGINT) and/or Digital Network Exploitation operations to analyze infrastructure logs, map target patterns, and identify foreign cyber capabilities; managing Cyber Network Operations and to synchronize Cyber-related effects, overseeing collection requirements, and publishing technical reports; and, evaluating technical and/or political-military developments to regularly brief and advise senior officials and principal staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GG/GS-13). Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
