['Oversees team members’ use of the Workload Management System (WMS) to capture, document and disseminate information on action items and other time-sensitive tasking to JCWA components and other cyberspace program partners.', 'Negotiates with external partners to obtain access to essential SME resources, and clearly communicates these partners’ taskings and roles/responsibilities, as well as quality standards and deadlines, including interim milestones.', 'Provides oversight for cyberspace program management processes, including file system continuity and calendars, to keep the JCWA leadership fully informed of the status and progress of all current strategy, plans, and policy activities.', 'Forms and leads analytical project teams, which typically include technical and functional SMEs, to conceptualize and critically assess alternative approaches to existing functions and processes.', 'Provides oversight for information security (INFOSEC) and operational security (OPSEC) activities to ensure appropriate and consistent protection of the JCWA’s classified information resources, including physical access control.', 'Leads, contributes to, and coordinates efforts, supported by JCWA functional and technical SMEs, to generate and provide detailed, justifiable inputs to the budget planning process.']

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by providing guidance and in-depth analysis on cyberspace program strategies, plans and policies; developing detailed plans for a range of cyberspace operations in coordination with other planners, operators and/or analysts; delivering oral and written briefings, presentations, and reports to inform cyberspace operational decisions.
