The F-35 Advanced Capabilities Development (ACD) Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for a Program Integration Team Lead on a Classified Program. In this role you will report to the Senior Program Manager and be responsible for horizontal integration across the program management team, program support teams, and engineering execution teams. You will interact with and brief all levels of program and engineering leadership in your regular reporting. The ability to distill complex problems that span across multiple teams and discplines is a must.

What you will be doing:

You will manage a small team responsible for a diverse classified portfolio of program integration responsiblities that include:

Management, Optimization, & Communication of the Program Business Rythmn
Management, Optimization, & Communication of Standard Work Products and Templates used across the program
Portfolio Workforce/Staffing Demand Planning
Portfolio Program Performance Data Analytics and Visualization
Program-Wide Communications
Portfolio Event Coordination
Portfolio Program Performance/Metrics Reporting
Portfolio Classified IT and Facilities Coordination, Deployment and Standup

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Program or Project Management Experience
Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

7 years of work-related experience
Experience working in classified environments
Experience with working with classified security, facilities, and IT requirements
Workforce Planning / VEMO Experience
Earned Value / Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
Data Analytics/Visualization Experience
Strong Communication/Briefing to Large Audiences Experience
Experience using MS Project to develop and manage project plans
Experience building and presenting project status briefings to leadership

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
