This position supports the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) program and related hypersonic programs as a Senior Staff level Quality Engineer. In this role, you will perform as a quality engineer within the rapidly growing Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) business. You will bring expereince to the team to provide proactive actions and results. You will analyze processes and drive actions that reduce variation and improve consistency across engineering, procurement, production, and quality processes. You will establish the core quality assurance requirements and mission assurance plans on these missions or coach others on how to do so. You will support the Program Quailty Senior Manager with proposal development.
You will utilize Quality Engineering methods and leadership to evaluate and initiate actions to identify and control sources of variation detrimental to quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
