DarkStar Intelligence seeks talented Acquisition Program Analysts at the Junior, Journeyman, and Senior levels to provide expert acquisition and program management support to the Program Manager, Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2) program office. These positions support the full acquisition lifecycle under the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (DoDI 5000.02), spanning acquisition strategic guidance, program management analysis, and integrated product team (IPT) services across the program's Agile Release Trains. Selected candidates will conduct acquisition strategy research and analysis, develop and maintain program documentation, ensure compliance with federal, OSD, DON, and Marine Corps Systems Command acquisition policies, and support day-to-day program execution including funding obligation, spend plan management, and integrated program management plan execution. The level of responsibility scales with experience, from portfolio and IPT support at the Junior level to senior strategic acquisition advisory at the Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Senior: Advise government leadership on systems acquisition and program management principles, policies, and practices; analyze program effectiveness; plan and assess acquisitions across development, production, and deployment; draft strategies meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives; develop acquisition reports; support program management reviews; and prepare bi-weekly situation report inputs with executive summaries.
• Journeyman: Conduct acquisition strategy research and analysis; create, develop, and track acquisition and program documentation; provide technical editing to conform to DoD, Navy, and Marine Corps policy; draft weekly SIT-REPs; maintain configuration control on the PM MAGTF C2 SharePoint site; and support project officers and program analysts with funding obligation, spend plan management, and integrated program management plan execution.
• Junior: Provide IPT support across the portfolio teams (Portfolio Management, Solutions and Integration, Mission Command Applications, Combat Control Applications, Common Services Applications, Hardware and Infrastructure, and Product Support and Sustainment); assist with portfolio-level documentation and tracking; and support Jira dashboard and portfolio Kanban responsibilities.

• Minimum Experience: Junior 4 years; Journeyman 8 years; Senior 12 years
