Job Description Base 2 Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst who will support a particular agile workstream team (either Integration or UI) to help gather requirements, ensure delivery meets required needs, and ensures work will be accepted without any major issues Capabilities Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements. Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles. Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state. Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures, etc. Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users. Project managers. Developers, and other key stakeholders, etc. Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements. Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision making. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degree Required Skills/Experience Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles. Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state. Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy in. Hands on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities. Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision making.
