The Program Manager (Value Stream Leader) is responsible for supporting deal creation, overseeing proposal preparation, applicable Gate Reviews, supporting negotiations, initial contract start up, establishing and supporting regular customer status meetings, and coordinating with the McKinney based teams, matrixed functional support teams, ensure timely completion of development/delivery milestones per the IMS, post delivery support, and engineering services efforts. This position includes management of integrated product team (IPT) leads, various functional supporters, and direct report program management employee(s) to ensure all contract, technical, and programmatic requirements are met. Understanding of product licensing structures, capture management experience, experience transitioning IRAD to a licensed product a plus. This position is an ONSITE role located in our McKinney, Texas facility.
