QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES Lead comprehensive business development and capture strategy for assigned DLA programs, with primary focus on DLA J62/Program Executive Office (PEO) opportunities Drive market penetration initiatives to establish TekSynap as a recognized leader within DLA application development and sustainment programs Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including pipeline development, opportunity identification, and bid positioning for full and open competitive procurements Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing capture team capable of shaping opportunities from early market intelligence through contract award Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across DLA major subordinate and regional commands, PEO, and industry partners Support comprehensive proposal development including win strategy formulation, solution architecture, and competitive positioning Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and partnership possibilities within the DLA ecosystem Represent TekSynap at key industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership REQUIRED hip REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS Minimum 15 years of progressive business development and capture management
experience:specifically within DLA J6 programs and acquisition community Established professional network and proven relationships within DLA major subordinate and regional commands including the PEO organization Demonstrated track record of winning major competitive procurements (>$10M) in DLA IT and modernization programs ion programsion programsExperience building and leading BD/capture teams from opportunity identification through contract award Deep understanding of DLA J6 acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS regulations, and competitive procurement strategies Exceptional written and verbal communication
skills with ability to present to C-suite and government executives Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and execute complex, multi-year business development campaigns Leadership
experience with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science/IT, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred Active Secret
