The Integrated Aviation Solutions (AIS) Division currently has an opening for an ELINT Field Support Representative (FSR) supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA (FGGA). Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army. The ELINT FSR is charged with performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and geolocation technique available. The ELINT FSR works with the Site Operations Lead to complete testing and verifying new systems and capabilities as required. The ELINT FSR will be responsible for producing vignettes of current geolocation capabilities. The ELINT FSR will mentor less experienced military operators to enhance and reinforce operational Tactics, Techniques and Procedures. The ELINT FSR will collaborate with the Site Operations Lead to influence solution design, processes and approaches. As requested, the ELINT FSR will participate in Integrated Product Team meetings and interact daily with the Site Operations Lead and FGGA customers to ensure the team is meeting mission and reporting requirements. The Mission Integrator is an integral member of the Engineering team and reports directly to the Site Operations Lead.
The ELINT FSR position is based at a customer facility on FGGA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.
