Experience with root cause analysis to identify systemic issues and implement permanent corrective actions
Experience building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers or partners (both internal and external to Raytheon) The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security

Qualifications We Prefer: Motivated self starter Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)
Experience in DoD product and process oversight including
requirements, build, integration, test and delivery
Experience with Export/Import Compliance procedures and regulations Varied
experience with different product technologies (electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, energetics, CCAs)
Experience interpreting drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control, process disciplines, tool control, and hardware inspection
Experience using either Aerospace or commercial equivalent Preventative tools
