Workforce learning is responsible for the creation, delivery, and oversight of technical training including job specific skill awareness training, safety training, standards, and compliance training.

skills including electronics, torque, safety wire, and solder; Follow all internal processes, delivering engaging learning content with a focus on training standards; Effectively collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams to resolve sometimes complex and conflicting priorities; Manage effective partnerships with customers, peers and senior leaders while performing all tasks related to training delivery; Participate in or, lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials; pPovide subject matter expertise on solder related questions to factory personnel.
