Raytheon has an opportunity for a Material Program Manager (MPM) that will play a key role in working on a major classified Supply Chain Integrated Product Team. The MPM will be the material focal for the program, directly accountable for ensuring overall supply chain performance. This individual will be able to exert influence on objectives and long range goals and metrics of the program. The MPM must be a self starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to successfully interface with all levels of internal and supplier management. What You Will Do Report on material risks and opportunities Develop and execute supply chain strategies and plans Create, manage and execute material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP) Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0 11, and ensure compliant programs and adjust as needed Have overall ownership of the supplier management process including supplier performance, SCM metrics, Make/Buy Where strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through
