Responsibilities will include but, are not limited to, SW leadership and customer interfacing, Linux software development in real time multi threaded platforms, integrating with custom hardware, and integrating with submarine networks, as well as implementation of control, detection, and tracking algorithms. The ideal candidate enjoys in a multi disciplinary role and is comfortable adapting to and identifying new technologies as needed. What You Will Do: Develop software for deployed DoD Linux real time software systems hosted on VPX and server based solutions. Develop software and interface specifications for external recorders, sensors, and communication systems. Implementation expertise on Red Hat or Red Hawk Linux preferred. Collaborate with a cross functional team testing your contributions and analyzing performance. Integrate components you develop into a larger system in preparation for real world testing and deployment.
