Responsibilities: Represent the site on Manufacturing and Technology readiness reviews Lead the MRL Tool Review and dispositioning of tools as a MRL Discipline approver Team with technical managers and Mfg Engineers to assure reporting and planning for management of KPC 1/2/M Lead effort to progress MRL for the site. Including standard work creation (ME/MQE) and root cause proficiency progression of the OpX organization Provide Mentorship to less experienced Manufacturing Engineers Support the site OpX responses for procedure changes, control tower misses, and CAR responses Assure documentation of proficiency advancement plans for the OpX organization Be key team member of the Factory 4.0 effort integrating with I Series and MBDMI organizations within HSMC N Keep current on status and recent developments in the plant / industry / profession Lead with CORE, promote principles and contribute to achieving/maintaining goals as a team Ensure World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S
requirements promptly Promote corporate code of ethical standards and business practice and company policies Provide a high level of communication and cooperation with team members Perform any other
duties deemed necessary by the Management Team Site representative to coordinate procedure ballots Manufacturing Engineering focal for audits
Qualifications:You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Materials Science, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineer /10 years related ears related experience:(a comparable combination of education &education &
