requirements to improve manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers. You will initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware for affordability. This position is hybrid and based out of Camden, AR, to audit/visit suppliers (Energetics & Propulsion Commodities) in the vicinity. This position requires a home office be maintained.

What You Will Do: Communicate and translate technical data packages to suppliers Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis Manage supplier requests for product and process changes Manage product non conformances Drive root cause and corrective action Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders Support travel:as needed (approx. 25 30%) Qualifications:You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant ior relevantexperience in manufacturing engineering or engineering discipline in a factory environment Project or program team management
experience Working in a matrixed or cross functional team environment The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security
clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance

Experience with Manufacturing Engineering is strongly preferred. Failure investigation and resolution
Requirements reviews with translation to buyers Lean manufacturing Read and interpret engineering drawings. Understanding of GD&T. 3D solid modeling software
experience (e.g. SolidWorks, CREO) Engagement review of new or existing suppliers
clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security
