This individual will be responsible for working within a team to do all the phases of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model for a new training system supporting the United States Air Force. The individual will need to collaborate with multiple subject matter experts (SMEs) to create a training system for multiple Air Force Specialty Codes, collaborating with multiple teams throughout a dynamic program to identify current and future training knowledge and skill gaps. The selected candidate will have demonstrated

emonstratedemonstrated Experience:applying analysis processes, adult learning theories and instructional strategies, technical expertise creating SCORM compliant courseware and implementing Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels of evaluation to include, formative, summative, and operational evaluation processes. Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Apply adult learning theories to create instructional strategies for a training program. Analyze and evaluate knowledge and skill gaps to identify training tasks to develop appropriate learning solutions. Design and develop training products for multiple modalities, including online, in person, hybrid, as well as synchronous and asynchronous formats. Create a wide variety of training materials, ranging from instructor led, microlearning, interactive online, and on the job qualification/certification courses. Curriculum design
