responsibilities will include analyzing performance data to identify critical items degrading fleet performance and converting the information into a presentable format to required stakeholders. The candidate will address sustainment improvement initiatives at a systems level, analyzing impacts on the propulsion system performance and conducting lower level root cause analysis where appropriate to determine actionable solution sets. The candidate will maintain open lines of communication to provide a proactive interface with stakeholders on performance metric reporting. The candidate will be a self starter, manage time appropriately, and can establish and maintain a library of technical performance reporting. What You Will Do: Analyze field performance data to drive decisions for solution alternatives. Develop solutions to complex problems consistent with Sustainment performance metrics and reporting. Author technical presentations for upper leadership Manage multiple assorted projects ensuring teams' goals are met. Analysis of sustainment system performance degraders and trends experienced in the field through building unique Data Visualizations for KPIs, Degraders, and other related items Analyze Work Order, Action Request (AR), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) data and trends to identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to improve system performance. Team with government and other industry leaders to collaborate on sustainment responses to senior executives in the US and Partner Governments
Qualifications:You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, engineering, and/or STEM discipline required. A minimum of 8 Years of f 8 Years of experience:in Business Analytics, Project Engineering and/or Data Science required. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security ued securityued securityued securityued securityued securityclearance is required.
