Raytheon Program Manager Level 5 Certification or higher or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Extensive
experience in developing and reviewing program artifacts such as resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs). Strong knowledge and proficiency in managing an Inter Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment, along with familiarity with RTX Global Mobility and international program processes. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical
skills, complemented by excellent business communication and presentation abilities. Comprehensive
experience in material procurement, encompassing supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and inventory control, along with proficiency in Repair & Return (R&R) processes, including coordination with repair vendors, tracking repair cycles, and ensuring timely return of materials to minimize downtime. Advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced
education:combined with experience. May have broad knowledge of project management. Remarkable process improvement techniques: proven skills in making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area.
