requirements (Q Notes) and make decisions on Q Note application to procured production parts Perform on site Source Surveillance and Corrective Action reviews Participate in design reviews, process change reviews, qualification test reviews, as well as Test Equipment verification and validation Drive continuous product / process improvements of our supply base by identifying supplier risk & systemic performance issues and driving solutions through various tools/methodologies including: Root Cause Corrective Actions, Statistical/analytical improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies. Facilitate closed loop process controls and continuous improvement methods to improve product/process quality Facilitate Program Reviews, Supplier Reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings Perform Supplier factory process walks and factory risk assessments Perform reviews of supplier manufacturing instructions and processes to mitigate escape risk Application of APQP processes related to supplier performance and implementation of necessary engagements to improve supplier manufacturing processes. Represent quality during review boards covering changes to: supplier designs, process changes, qualification tests, and procedure reviews. Review Internal TDP change requests, Supplier change requests, and Supplier Statements of Work Contribute in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supplier quality performance Communicate effectively to Raytheon leadership and customers through business reviews and status meetings. Ability to

experience Engagement with critical external stakeholders i.e. DCMA. Location Information: The position primarily interfaces with the program team in the Tucson, AZ facility and will be an onsite role.
Travel expectations include domestic

relocation assistance:is available for this role. Qualifications:You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and 8 years' and 8 years'experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or related engineering discipline.
Experience working with one or more of the following aerospace or commercial equivalent preventative tools SPC, FMEA, QFD, PPAP Previous
experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Experience with one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9145, or MDA Assurance Provisions. Previous
experience interpreting schematic drawings and hardware inspection techniques. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security
clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance .
Qualifications We Prefer: Six Sigma, Lean, and/or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.) Proven successes in building and maintaining relationships with multiple suppliers/ customers.
Experience in DoD product and process oversight including
requirements, build, integration, test, and delivery.
Experience in engineering, development, project planning, and collaborating remotely. Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems, AS9145
