skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets including EV techniques, manage R&Os and lead cross functional teams to successful project completion. Proven
experience in developing and implementing product strategies, with a track record of successfully translating customer needs and market trends into viable and impactful product ideas.

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Capital funding Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, high visibility environment involving cross functional teams Raytheon Project Management level 6 certification and/or PMP certification Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience with Product management tools (Jira, DevOps, etc.)
Experience with transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of relevant business sectors, have established relationships with leaders, and be familiar with the product lines, customer base, and manufacturing operations.
