You'll develop and monitor quality metrics to drive proactive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to further the success of the program. In the program quality role, you will support development, production and hardware sell off. You will primarily engage our labs, factories and suppliers that aid the Advanced Technology portfolio, implement quality processes to meet program milestones. You will be directly involved with design verification tests, qualification efforts, demonstration tests, flight test events, and engage with Raytheon Suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic mindset and the ability to influence peers and offer creative results to complex problems that arise during development. What You will Do: Serve as a member of the Program team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver conforming products/services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures. Lead integration and implementation of cross functional teams to ensure alignment to quality and customer

requirements per the program quality plan. Serve as a program quality liaison across customer organizations (Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and United States Government (USG)), as well as relevant factories and engineering labs as first responder for quality issues and concerns related to production products. Collaborate with cross functional teams and partner with program stakeholders to define and implement quality improvement strategies. Review and approve changes to the technical data package, assign actions when necessary and complete actions in a timely manner when assigned. This includes but is not limited to: Peer reviews, Engineering Review/Change Control Board (ERB/CCB) and/or Design reviews. Engage on both strategic and tactical levels, focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance, early engagement, influencing and providing differentiating quality value to program teams and customers. Monitor / lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities for systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA.
