skills, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure challenges are efficiently managed. The programs which the candidate will support, have a very dynamic accelerated schedule and a strong customer engagement requisition, which will require moderate
travel:to support various program activities. This position is an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona. What You will Do: Serve as a member of the Program team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver conforming products/services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures. Lead integration and implementation of cross functional teams to ensure alignment to quality and customerrequirements per the program quality plan. Serve as a program quality liaison across customer organizations (Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and United States Government (USG)), as well as relevant factories and engineering labs as first responder for quality issues and concerns related to production products. Collaborate with cross functional teams and partner with program stakeholders to define and implement quality improvement strategies. Review and approve changes to the technical data package, assign actions when necessary and complete actions in a timely manner when assigned. This includes but is not limited to: Peer reviews, Engineering Review/Change Control Board (ERB/CCB) and/or Design reviews. Engage on both strategic and tactical levels, focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance, early engagement, influencing and providing differentiating quality value to program teams and customers. Monitor / lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities for systemic issues and to ensure extensive RCCA.
Qualifications:You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (experience in supporting design and/or manufacturing process Working
experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems. Working
experience in failure and root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action.
Experience in a relevant technical discipline with working
experience in engineering concepts and design analysis techniques The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security
clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance.
