This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel Program. What You’ll Get to Do:
- Functionally manage a team of 7 12 EHS professionals across multiple program activities and locations. • Conduct employee performance management, goal development, quarterly connections, leadership development, and knowledge retention. • Collaborate with EHSS senior leadership to understand staffing needs, leadership development, performance management, and training
requirements. • Foster team engagement and collaboration to drive employee engagement, enhance development, improve training, and retain top talent. • Lead and direct EHS professionals, providing managerial oversight for multiple projects. • Create and maintain standard processes and procedures for managing multiple projects to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage resources, communications, risk management, and develop standards, processes, and tools related to project management that align with both corporate and DS sector policies, procedures, and guidance. • Identify, distribute, track, and complete

- Assist with integration activities, data calls, metrics generation, data collection, and reporting. • Interface with leadership and the team to update project status, scheduling forecasts, and addressing future obstacles • Deliver presentations and briefings on project status to internal leadership and customers. • Conduct thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization. • Identify, allocate and manage project management resources, including workforce planning. • Evaluate performance based on defined expectations while overseeing projects and tasks assigned to the organizational group performed by non exempt and/or exempt employees • Apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance • Identify and address program impacts through a systematic, proactive, approach to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts • Review and interpret existing and proposed (EHS) regulations to determine applicability and impact for sites. • Assist with implementation of programs to comply with EHS regulations. • Partner with business leaders to continuously improve the culture, awareness, and accountability in support of EHS programs. • Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS programs to ensure compliance, injury prevention, and risk mitigation. • Complete audits, IH sampling, ergonomic assessments, and assist in pollution prevention activities. Interfaces with regulatory representatives, senior management, the site EHS Committee. • Assist with the implementation of EHS management systems at the site level. • Additional roles and
responsibilities may include:
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies. • Provide timely and accurate submission of necessary reports to the company and regulatory agencies. • Write and updates EHS plans and procedures. • Apply for new permits and renewals. • Conduct compliance inspections and identify actions necessary to meet regulatory

Experience managing people Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience in leading a team of professionals to conduct hazard analysis and risk management. Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and to develop and implement more efficient and enhanced programs
Experience with managing/overseeing third party consultants/contractors.
Experience in training employees in leadership and technical
skills to ensure they provide the best services to their customers.
Experience with managing various industrial hygiene and safety programs based on the review and interpretation of regulations and standards
Experience with supporting EHS programs for manufacturing operations.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Tableau. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication and collaboration
skills with all levels of an organization. Strong management, coaching, and communication
skills. Demonstrated ability to organize and multi task various Industrial Hygiene and Safety programs effectively. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with subordinates and delegate
responsibilities with productive outcome. Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize, plan and execute in rapidly changing, fast paced environment while maintaining high quality results. Ability to analyze complex problems and to develop innovative solutions based on scientific principles. Ability to provide technical solutions to complex problems based on safety principles. salary:Range: $111,700.00 $167,500.00 The above
