Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS&S programs to ensure compliance, injury prevention, and risk mitigation. experience in manufacturing.
Experience managing various EHS compliance programs (with an emphasis on occupational safety programs, such as chemical safety/hygiene, ergonomics, lockout/tagout, contractor safety, confined space, fall protection, respiratory protection, incident investigations, etc.) based on the review and interpretation of EHS regulations and company policies & procedures.
Experience working with EHS management systems such as Cority, Intelex, Velocity EHS, etc.
Experience conducting personal protective equipment assessments and job hazard analysis.
Experience in conducting training for crane, fall protection, and forklift operations. Ammunition/Explosives safety. Excellent written and oral communication
skills. Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and to develop and implement more efficient and enhanced programs. Computer based
skills specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point programs.
Experience with Hazardous waste shipments.
