This position serves as the department focal point for developing propellant for new programs and supporting production solid rocket motor contracts. The position will be supporting the Propulsion Systems Division at our facility located in Promontory, UT . Role

Responsibilities: The propellant engineering manager directs a high performing team of approximately 12 individuals who create innovative methodologies to solve complex engineering challenges, implement solutions that improve performance, reliability, and reduce lifecycle costs. The manager is also responsible to: mentor and bring out the best in each team member, help them meet and overcome challenges and progress in their careers, help them feel personal satisfaction in their accomplishments, and convey and implement department and corporate expectations. salary:Range: $135,100.00 $202,700.00 The above

skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
