They will have technical knowledge in one or more of the subsystems of missile/weapon systems, e.g., RF/sensors, guidance, navigation, control, telemetry/communication, and airframe. This candidate will work directly with the program’s Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead supporting the various systems engineering efforts.
Responsibilities: Support system
requirements development, management, analysis, and traceability, to translate customer
requirements and CONOPS into systems
requirements, and further allocate to lower level
requirements. Perform functional analysis and systems trade studies for technical solutions with respect to concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance. Generate well defined and executable system and subsystem
requirements documents, interface documents, and test and verification documents. Support the development of system architecture & design, and test architecture on complex weapon systems in digital environment to mature the technologies of the systems. Support development of technical volume and cost volume for proposal; use historical actuals to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Support system/subsystems integration, test, and
requirements verification activities with other functions such as software and hardware. Support systems engineering metrics and technical performance measurement tracking. Support the preparation of system engineering materials during System
Requirements Review, System Functional Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, System Verification Review, Test Readiness Review, and other program reviews as needed. Interface with inter organizational management and external Customer to communicate technical briefing and program status. Support Program Management activities to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met; support program status efforts including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking and Control Account Management (CAM) activities. salary:Range: $110,300.00 $165,500.00 Secondary Level ondary Levelondary Levelondary LevelSalary Range: $137,400.00 $206,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope andresponsibilities of the position and the candidate's
