Responsibilities /
duties Responsible for all Aftermarket Spares RFQ’s and Solicitations and CASREP’s from the US Government, Shipyards, NAVY & USCG vessels, Domestic customers (Small business set aside), and International customers for solicitations and RFQ’s that are priced using the fast track RPI process with E & S. The LSA is responsible for the RFQ from proposal through award. The LSA receives and replies to product Lifecyle surveys, general Product and part inquiries and maintains a working relationship with key customers. Logistics Support Administrator reviews each request / requirement for the following to ensure the program can execute and support the customers RFQ utilizing tools and systems and reviews the proposal to ensure the business key line financial metrics (awards, sales, margin, and cash) can be met in execution. Communicates with customers on inquiries regarding RFQ’s, status and maintains follow up on all significant proposals and CASREP’s for the US Government. Logistics Support Lead Administrator maintains product notes in the Aftermarket System (Internal online Quoting system) for all issues found or notes of significance to reduce any future issues and for historical information. Daily review of multiple sources for solicitations/RFQ for requests released on government websites for our cage code. Transitions awards to execution receive award notification review award for accuracy Document Quote to award folder. Submit Award with Quote pkg
summary write up and documents to Contracts for review, acceptance and award setup. Provide
summary notification to PM and OPM on awards that require stock usage (borrow /payback) for CASREP’s or other information. Basic
Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with a minimum of 6 years of Logistics experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of Logistics f Logisticsexperience Hands on
experience with computer operations and Microsoft Office software Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience with proposal development Ability to obtain a DOD Secret security
clearance US
Citizenship:required Preferred ed Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP
Experience in pricing and proposal review
Experience with material management in a depot or production environment Current DoD Secret
