experience leading Software Engineering teams with the ability to team plan, execute, and manage the technical scope, and support leadership planning
experience in software development using languages such as C/C , Python

experience in directing software/system architecture decisions and developing command and control software
experience as a Work Package Lead (WPL) tracking and managing schedule and performance

Experience in planning, executing, tracking the work of multi discipline teams via Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc) •
Experience in identifying and implementing
requirements and architecture traceability at the Segment to CSCI boundary •
Experience mentoring and developing junior level engineers.

salary:Range: $118,600.00 $178,000.00 The above

skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
