emonstrated Experience:with Systems Development Lifecycle Focus on trade studies, white papers, analysis of alternatives (AoA), Risk Reduction activities (RR) Ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate across multifunctional teams to develop innovative solutions Support close out program reviews (e.g., SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR, peer reviews, Pre test reviews, Post Test Reviews, Pre Ship reviews, Etc. Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements. Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle. Collect, manage, and report the program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs). Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule. Coordinate between the System Architect, Chief Engineer, Product Team Lead(s), program manager, and customer to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline. Qualifications for Staff SEIT Lead Systems Engineer: Advanced Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields Demonstrated

experience and knowledge in design, development, creation, and modification of digital logic designs implemented in FPGA, or ASIC solutions. Demonstrated

experience and knowledge in simulation and verification of Digital Logic designs,

requirements, and supporting validation at the system level.

Experience with ASIC Specification generation and verification. Multi Disciplinary Engineering exposure (Software, Hardware, Electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally.

Experience leading technical teams. Demonstrated Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML).

Experience with Earned Value Management. Knowledge of Systems Engineering processing from generation of an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) to Work Product Breakdown into Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the development of complex systems of systems. Active TS/SCI
