experience in RF/EW applications, including developing and applying models in Matlab, Python, and/or C/C , along with

experience in developing and implementing novel systems. 6 years of

experience in RF, Electronic Support (ES), and/or Electronic Attack (EA) applications. 4 years of

experience in a technical leadership role related to RF/EW systems, with a focus on successfully delivering systems to customers.

Preferred

Qualifications: Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineer, or Mathematics or other related technical fields. A current / active DoD Top Secret

Clearance or higher. Proven

experience in personnel development and fostering successful team engagement, with a history of mentoring at least 5 team members. A keen interest in and a track record of effectively mentoring colleagues, resulting in improved performance for at least 3 direct reports or team members. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams across geographically dispersed locations. Familiarity with 1 or more RF sensing modalities and their applications.
